Deposit & Payment:
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit is separate from the rental cost and will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 days of item pickup, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The full rental cost is due on the day of the event.
Delivery & Pickup:
Delivery Window: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Sunday Deliveries: Additional $50 fee
Pickup Window: Items will be picked up the following day unless otherwise agreed upon. Round Trip Delivery & Pickup (Event Rentals): Flat rate of $100 within 25 miles of Concord
Wedding Dress Delivery & Try-On: Flat rate of $25 within 25 miles of Concord. deliveries beyond 25 miles of Concord will incur an additional $25 Fee.
Note: The try-on fee is due prior to appointment. The 50% deposit is only due if the dress is booked.
Delivery Access: Rentals will be delivered within 50 feet of the drop-off point
Please ensure someone over the age of 18 is present for both delivery and pickup.
Rental Durations & Fees:
Event Rentals: Pricing is per day
Wedding Dress Rentals: 3–14 days
$50/Day late fee if the dress is returned after the agreed-upon date
Dress Alterations: Minor, non-permanent adjustments are the responsibility of the bride. We’ve partnered with a tailoring company located in Concord for any alteration needs.
Additional Terms:
Replacement Fee: $50 per item for damaged or missing items
Last-Minute Cancellations: Bookings canceled within 48 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit
Minimum Booking Requirement: A minimum rental spend of $150 is required
Transparency Guaranteed: No hidden fees beyond what's listed here
